• Hotels: Free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in (varies by hotel)
• Refunds: Processed within 7-14 business days to original payment method
• Cancellation by QASR ODYSSEY: Full refund if we cancel your booking

As a user of QASR ODYSSEY TOUR AND TRAVELS, you agree to:

• Arrive at airports/check-in on time
• Follow airline and hotel policies
• Not engage in fraudulent bookings

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Spread viruses or malware
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws

• Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
• Hotel overbookings or accommodation issues
• Lost or damaged baggage
• Travel document issues (visas, passports)
• Acts of nature, war, or terrorism
• Third-party service failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation in good faith
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Courts in Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
